The Japanese version of the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use is the authoritative text. In the event of any discrepancy between a translation and the Japanese version, the Japanese version prevails.

BottleCube Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") sets out below how we handle your information in the games of the Jigsaw Masterpieces series (the "Game") and on this website (the "Site").

1. Information We Collect

The Game never asks you to enter information that personally identifies you, such as your name, email address, or postal address, in the game.

Purchase information: Purchases and payments are handled by each store (Nintendo eShop, Steam, Mac App Store). We do not receive payment information such as credit card numbers. The only information we receive is the purchase status notified to us by the store (which items have been purchased).
Game records: Save data, such as your puzzle progress, is stored on your device (or in each store's cloud storage).
Mac App Store version: There is no account registration. The Game does not communicate with our servers; it communicates only with Apple's services (purchases, restoring purchases, and delivery of puzzle pack data). The start date of the trial period and your settings (such as language) are stored on your Mac. Notifications are scheduled on your Mac and are not sent externally. We do not use any advertising or analytics mechanisms.
Inquiries: If you contact us, we receive your email address and the content of your inquiry in order to reply to you.

2. Purposes of Use

To enable you to play the items you have purchased
To respond to your inquiries
To investigate defects in the Game and to improve it

3. Provision to Third Parties

Except where based on laws and regulations, we do not provide your information to third parties without your consent. The handling of information by each store and by Game Center is governed by the rules of the respective operators.

4. About This Site

This Site does not have any forms for you to enter your information. To remember the display language, the language you selected may be saved in your browser (it is not sent to us). Cloudflare, which we use for content delivery, handles connection records for the security of communications.

5. Children's Information

The Game can be played by people of all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

6. Revisions

When we revise this policy, we will announce it on this Site.
