Terms of Use

The Japanese version of the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use is the authoritative text. In the event of any discrepancy between a translation and the Japanese version, the Japanese version prevails.

These Terms set out the conditions for using the games of the Jigsaw Masterpieces series (the "Game") provided by BottleCube Inc. ("we," "us," or "our").

1. Store Terms

Mac App Store version: Apple's standard license agreement (Licensed Application End User License Agreement) applies.
Steam version: The Steam Subscriber Agreement applies.
Nintendo Switch version: Nintendo's terms of use apply.

If these Terms differ from a store's terms, the store's terms take precedence.

2. Subscriptions (Mac App Store Version)

A monthly plan and a yearly plan are available. While you are subscribed, you can play all puzzle packs currently available.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, your subscription renews automatically and you will be charged for the renewal.
You can cancel on your Mac from "App Store" → your name → "Account Settings" → "Subscriptions." Even after you cancel, you can play until the end of the period.
Puzzle packs purchased individually remain playable after you cancel your subscription.

3. Prohibited Conduct

Modifying, analyzing, extracting data from, or redistributing the Game
Copying or publishing the artwork in the Game beyond the scope permitted by the store's terms
Any use that violates laws and regulations or public order and morals

4. Rights

The rights to the Game and to the artwork it contains belong to us or to the respective rights holders. Credits are listed on the page of each puzzle pack.

5. Changes to and Termination of the Service

We may change the release schedule of puzzle packs or the content of the Game. When we end the provision of the Game, we will announce it on this website.

6. Disclaimer

We do not guarantee that the Game will operate without interruption. Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for any damage arising from your use of the Game.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
